- Ordered 2 weeks early ‘just in case’
- Bought 150% of what I thought I’d need
- Walk-in: stuffed
- Day after: $600 in product going bad
- My stress: astronomical
This Thanksgiving (boxncase):
- Ordered Wednesday for Thursday delivery
- Ordered based on ACTUAL reservations
- Walk-in: comfortable
- Day after: $40 in normal trim waste
- My stress: manageable
The difference? I ordered twice that week as reservations increased. No minimums meant I could adjust in real-time.
