First full week of January in the books.

Anyone else notice the post-holiday slump hitting harder this year? My covers are down 40% from December but that’s expected.

Silver lining: with boxncase I can adjust instantly. Placed a tiny order this morning for just what I need this week.

Old days I’d be sitting on a $1200 sysco order wondering what to do with 50lbs of potatoes nobody’s ordering.

How’s everyone else doing? Let’s support each other through the slow season.

down 35% here. but yeah, the flexibility to order small is everything right now. actually maintaining margins despite low volume
