sat down with all my invoices from the past 3 years. calculated how much extra product i bought just to hit minimums. then calculated the waste.

that’s not food cost. that’s just pure waste from overordering to hit stupid minimums.
that’s a year of rent. that’s a new walk-in. that’s my kid’s college fund.
