Anyone else's walk-in look like a hoarders episode?

Just took a photo of my walk-in and I’m genuinely embarrassed.

3 cases of romaine (need 1/week)
50 lbs of potatoes turning green
Heavy cream expiring tomorrow
Mystery boxes from orders I forgot about

All because sysco won’t let me order less than $1000.

Please tell me I’m not alone in this chaos.

Thinking about trying boxncase - anyone have experience with their delivery?

you’re describing my walk-in exactly. switched to boxncase 2 months ago and I can actually SEE the back wall now

the mystery boxes from forgotten orders… too real. boxncase smaller orders = less chaos
