Struggling with Snack Inventory

I run a small deli in Pennsylvania, and lately I’ve found managing snack inventory more challenging than ever. Honestly, it feels like I can’t keep up with what sells and what doesn’t. One day, I’ll have a shelf full of chips and the next day they’re gone, while a case of granola bars I thought would fly off the shelves just sits there collecting dust.

I’ve tried asking customers for feedback, but they often just shrug it off. I realize people don’t always know what they want until they see it-I just need a better way to predict what’s going to sell. Does anyone have tips or tools they use to figure out their best and worst sellers? I don’t want to waste my time restocking stuff that just sits there, and my wallet’s feeling the strain too. It’s starting to feel like every trip to the wholesaler is a game of chance!
