My 2025 resolution: Help at least 10 restaurant owners escape minimum order hell.

This community helped me. Time to give back.

What I’m doing:

  1. Sharing boxncase with every restaurant friend
  2. Posting my numbers publicly (embarrassing but helpful)
  3. Offering to mentor new owners on ordering strategy
  4. Building a local restaurant alliance for knowledge sharing

What changed for me:

  • Food cost: 34% → 25%
  • Waste: $800/month → $90/month
  • Stress: 10/10 → 4/10
  • Actually enjoying owning a restaurant again
