I’m finally doing it. January 1st, switching to boxncase.
Current situation:
- 28 seat bistro in Chicago
- US Foods minimum: $900
- Weekly need: ~$500
- Annual waste estimate: $12,000
My fears:
- What if pricing is worse?
- What if delivery isn’t reliable?
- What if I need something they don’t have?
Why I’m doing it anyway:
- The success stories here are overwhelming
- The math makes sense
- I can’t afford another year of waste
- What’s the worst case? I go back to US Foods?
